How long have you been in business?
Equi-Art opened it's doors in 1994 and wholesaling internationally since 2004.
Do you attend trade shows?
Occasionally. In looking forward it is easy to forsee travel becoming expensive for small tackstores which are the foundation clients of Equi-Art. To ensure that our highly competitive prices stay low special offers and discounts will be made throughout the year in lieu of attending large numbers of trade shows.
Is your packaging recycled/do you use biodegradable plastics?
- all packaging materials used are recyclable
- where possible packaging is made with recycled materials
- mugs are packaged in recyclable white cardboard boxes
- prints are packaged in recyclable acid free clear sleeves and backed with acid free foam core
- biodegradable plastics will be introduced as old stock is used up
Are your products recyclable?
Yes, all products are printed on recycled papers and are Ph neutral and/or acid free. Printing inks with the exception of limited edition prints and giclée's are vegetable based to minimize impact on the environment. I use Eco-Logo Certified printers for all paper products.
How long does it take to fill an order?
I strive to have orders delivered within 15 working days from receipt of your order and ship standard service. Arrangements can be made for faster delivery.
Why is this entire site written in the first person?
That's not a joke or a trick question. Equi-Art is my company. In the past many people used to point to the fact that on-line you can be anything or any size you want... the idea was; "bigger is better". I don't think it so and after being in business for 25 years hold the small companies that supply mine and the owners that answer my questions in person near and dear. Because they are small they have a vested interest in keeping me happy. I to have a vested interest in keeping you, my customer; happy. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.
